  We searched for a church for months. All the while, our children were in the Mothers Day Out program at Travis Oaks and we would attend the morning service only when the children were singing. Because we had not ever attended a Baptist church, we did not consider TOBC a choice for us. One Sunday morning we woke up and decided to attend the service at TOBC when our children were not singing, and we realized that day it was home for us!

  We live in Houston and attend church here when we are here. Suspend judgment (Baptist Churches do that to us, no?) and you will be pleasantly surprised. We love the small town feel, the welcoming people, the obvious love of God, His people and His word.
